Safety rule #1: electricity and water DON'T mix

Yes I know, nobody likes safety rules. I might be talking about some now and then in my blog. But I'll try to keep them interesting, like this one. It goes something like this.
I was on holidays in Borocay (Philippines) swimming in the pool, relaxing, and having fun. I went to the spa with my Mum and my sister when all of the sudden the spa stopped bubbling (as one would always). But the thing is, the spa button was jammed so we didn't know how to turn it on. We saw a box with a black thingy hanging out of it so it looked like a button. My Mum asked my sister to try and push it in. It didn't work, but she said she felt a scratch, Hmmm strange. So my Mum asked me to push it. So I went up and it looked more like a battery then a button. By now your probably wondering, "IT'S ELECTRIC DUDE!" or something like that, let me just tell you I had half of both my legs in the water. So, as I was saying, I pressed the button and suddenly, ZAP. I fell backwards and said "IT'S ELECTRIC!". I almost killed myself and about 5-10 other people in the pool! If you want to sue someone, sue either my Mum or 'The Borocay Shangri la'.
Was the story exciting?
